This is a digital version of a one-of-a-kind paper zine. It is my reflection on the fear of forgetting oneself and the distance from the past that I experienced after moving to Germany. This zine contains intimate memories of Ukrainians living abroad, documented through personal stories and objects in their rooms. The participants in the work camp in the Carpathians kept the special memory artifacts that had been attached to the pages after discovering the words hidden behind them. By filling in these words in the crossword puzzle on the last page, they formed sentences and thus completed my zine.
